Welcome to EFFAA Biofuel

EFFAA's biofuel division comprises of a variety of fuels that contains energy from geologically recent carbon fixation, such as plants. These fuels are produced from living organisms. This type of carbon fixation occur in plants and microalgae. We make these fuels by converting biomass into convenient energy containing substances in three different ways: thermal conversion, chemical conversion and biochemical conversion.

Bio-Methane

Biomethane is one of the most environment friendly Eco- Fuel available today. Our Biomethane production involves cleaning and upgrading raw biogas produced from Effaa Cactus and Effaa Grass to biomethane.

SOLID FUEL

Pellets are the best alternative method for heating besides using oil and natural gas. They are safe, easy to use and environmental friendly. Also known as white coal, bio fuel pellets are the ideal substitute for coal, firewood, lignite and other conventional fuels.

LIQUID FUELS

Most transportation fuels are liquids, because vehicles usually require high energy density which is Bio-Ethanol. High energy density can also be provided by an internal combustion engine. These engines require clean-burning fuels. liquids meet the requirements of being both energy-dense and clean-burning.

GASEOUS FUEL

Effaa Cactus has excellent molecular features allowing delivery of a large amount of biogas in very short time. In comparative terms for the same volume of biogas Effaa Cactus degrades 5-10 times more faster than animal manure, thus making the unit 5-10 times more productive.
